Changing Attention Changes Everything
Most people feel the effects of attention being pulled in many directions. It can feel scattered, difficult to hold, or hard to return to what matters. This shapes how clearly we think, how present we feel, and what choices seem available.
This short course offers a different way to work with attention.
Rather than trying to control it, you’ll begin to see how attention is shaped by conditions. Your environment, your pace, and how pressure is experienced. When these conditions shift, attention often follows.
Through short videos and simple guided experiments, you’ll begin to notice what pulls your attention, what allows it to settle, and how small changes can restore clarity and choice.
The course takes less than an hour and can be experienced all at once or in short segments. The experiments are simple, accessible, and designed to create a noticeable shift without additional effort.
